Education: Bachelor or Master degree in economics (focus on marketing, sales, business development, business strategy or similar) and/or commercial/technical degree with relation to medical technology

Professional Experience:

• Min. 3 years working experience in marketing, sales, services or business development, building up and development of new customers / customer relationships

• Experience with development of new business, marketing strategy or market controlling

• Working experience in the health care environment would be an asset

• Leadership skills (experience) Optional:

• Professional experience in big multinational companies or experience in another countries

• Experience in the medical technologies’ environment would be an asset

Additional Qualifications:

• English and French fluent in spoken and written

• Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Confident attitude and good networking skills

• Strategic thinking and acting

• Independent well-structured working method

• Enjoys working with others, in multinational teams and travelling to support commercial activities

• Intercultural competence

Division / Department, Place: Direct Export Sales organization for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), with support from the Strategy & Business Development team for EMEA, both located in Erlangen (Germany) and connected to the Indirect Africa business team for Maghreb, West & Central-Africa.

Assignment / Area of Activity:

• You will be introduced in Siemens Healthineers marketing, business development and sales activities (structures, processes, network) via our Direct Export Sales and Strategy & Business Development department in Erlangen (Germany) and in contact with our Sales Department for Maghreb, West & Central Africa.

• You will achieve some appropriate overview about specific Business Units, engage yourself in some specific Africa-related projects in the mentioned departments and being involved in the preparation and follow-up of local tenders.

• You will take part in some trainings to understand the solution portfolio and its go to market approach and how to convince customers from benefits of using Siemens Healthineers technology.

• You will get in contact with different internal experts to provide deep knowledge about Siemens Healthineers business processes and tools

• You will support the sales team and its local business partners with the coordination, planning and organization of symposiums, customer workshops, trainings and promotion events, participation in professional fairs and congresses as well as visitor liaison
