Position within the structure :

Position based in Abidjan, under the supervision of Plant Manager.

Mission of the position :

• To ensure the proper functioning of the shops under his/her responsibility and to avoid any part shortages that could be detrimental to the business.
• Ensure the execution of preventive maintenance and subcontracted work
• To ensure the follow-up of the estimates and DA then to follow up the critical parts and the elements of the budget.
• To collect and provide technical data on the state of operation of the equipment necessary for the optimization of preventive and corrective maintenance work through Maintenance, Measurement and Control (MMC).

Main activities of the position :

• Supervise the real-time processing of incoming and outgoing parts (physical movements and computer entry).
• Ensuring the accuracy of physical and computerized stocks
• Check the conformity and quantity of the parts and products received.
• Ensure the smooth running of the service (output and reception)Monitor stocks, analyze consumption and initiate replenishment to prevent stock shortages.
• Periodically measure the performance of the warehouse staff in the real time processing of warehouse movements.
• Ensure that incoming materials are inspected, analyzed or accompanied by a certificate of analysis in order to verify compliance with specified requirements, either before receipt or before use.
• Ensure that all tools and equipment are hygienically designed and maintained in a condition that does not constitute a potential source of foreign matter.
• Ensure the execution of preventive maintenance and subcontracted work
• Organize and participate in periodic inventories
• Ensure the proper execution (according to the rules of the trade) of work orders

Profile required:

Bachelor’s degree or DUT Electromechanics, a minimum of 5 years’ experience as Maintenance planner supervisor.
